Terms and Conditions

Last updated: June 7, 2026

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of YourAI.tools at https://yourai.tools and any related deployment of the website, including preview or staging domains such as Vercel preview URLs.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. About YourAI.tools

YourAI.tools is a curated directory of publicly available AI tools, agent skills, repositories, tags, publishers, and related resources.

The Site helps users discover public resources that may be useful for working with AI agents, coding assistants, automation tools, and related systems.

We organize, summarize, and link to third-party resources. We do not create, own, operate, or control the third-party resources listed on the Site unless explicitly stated.

2. Public user-facing resources only

YourAI.tools focuses on public resources that are intended to be discovered and used by external users.

We manually select and curate organizations to prioritize official, reputable, and public sources. However, this does not mean that we list every skill, tool, or internal workflow used by those organizations.

In particular:

  • We do not list private or internal company skills unless they have been publicly released.
  • We do not claim that listed skills are the same skills used internally by company teams to develop their products.
  • We do not provide access to private repositories, unpublished tools, proprietary workflows, or internal development systems.
  • A listing means only that we found and organized public information that appears relevant to users.

3. Informational directory only

The Site is provided for informational and discovery purposes.

You are responsible for deciding whether a listed skill, tool, repository, or resource is suitable for your use.

We may provide descriptions, tags, topics, install commands, metadata, links, summaries, or risk indicators. These are provided for convenience only and may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or based on third-party information.

You should always review the original source before installing, running, or relying on any listed resource.

4. No affiliation or endorsement

YourAI.tools is an independent project.

Unless explicitly stated, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to any publisher, company, product, or repository listed on the Site.

All product names, company names, repository names, logos, trademarks, and brand assets belong to their respective owners and are used for identification and discovery purposes only.

A listing on the Site does not mean that:

  • The publisher endorses YourAI.tools.
  • YourAI.tools endorses the publisher.
  • The resource is safe, official, complete, secure, or fit for a particular purpose.
  • The resource is used internally by the listed publisher.

5. Third-party content and licenses

Most resources listed on the Site are created, published, and maintained by third parties.

You acknowledge that:

  • We do not own third-party skills, tools, repositories, documentation, or source code.
  • Each third-party resource may be subject to its own license, terms, documentation, and usage restrictions.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and complying with the applicable license and terms before using any third-party resource.
  • A resource being publicly accessible does not automatically mean it can be copied, modified, redistributed, or used commercially.

If you believe a listing infringes your rights, violates a license, misrepresents your organization, or should be removed, contact us at youraitools.contact@gmail.com.

6. Installing, running, or using listed resources

Skills, tools, scripts, prompts, configuration files, and agent instructions can affect how an AI agent or development environment behaves.

You install, run, copy, import, or use any listed resource at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing the contents of a resource before using it.
  • Understanding what permissions or capabilities it may require.
  • Checking whether it may access files, execute commands, call external services, or modify data.
  • Testing it in a safe environment before production use.
  • Ensuring it complies with your organization's policies and applicable laws.
  • Backing up your data and protecting your systems.

Install commands, links, snippets, and examples shown on the Site are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the consequences of running third-party code, instructions, or configurations.

We do not control or supervise the AI agents, language models, or tools that you use to run any skill found through the Site. We are not responsible for the behavior, output, actions, or consequences of any AI system that runs or interacts with a skill you discover here. You are responsible for applying appropriate safeguards and human oversight.

7. Accuracy and availability of listings

We try to keep the Site useful and reasonably accurate, but the directory depends on public third-party information that can change at any time.

We do not guarantee that:

  • Listings are complete, accurate, or current.
  • A listed repository still exists or remains public.
  • Metadata, tags, descriptions, or topics are correct.
  • Install commands or links will work.
  • A resource is maintained, secure, compatible, or safe.
  • A resource is official, unless the source clearly supports that conclusion.

We may add, edit, hide, reorder, or remove listings at any time.

8. Acceptable use

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure.
  • Interfere with, overload, disrupt, or damage the Site.
  • Use the Site to distribute malware, phishing content, harmful code, or unlawful material.
  • Misrepresent your relationship with YourAI.tools or any listed publisher.
  • Scrape, crawl, or systematically download substantial portions of the Site except as permitted by our robots.txt, public APIs if any, or prior written permission.
  • Reproduce the Site's curated structure, design, ranking, or database in a way that competes with or misrepresents the Site.

We may restrict or block access if we believe these Terms are being violated or if we need to protect the Site.

9. Intellectual property

The Site's design, layout, branding, original text, curated structure, organization, and other original elements are owned by us or licensed to us.

Third-party resources listed on the Site remain owned by their respective owners and are subject to their own licenses.

You may use the Site for normal browsing, discovery, and reference. You may not copy, clone, republish, or commercially reuse substantial parts of the Site's original content, design, or curated database without permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

The Site contains links to third-party websites, repositories, documentation, products, and services.

Opening or using third-party links is your responsibility.

11. Feedback and suggestions

If you send us feedback, suggestions, corrections, ideas, or feature requests, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

You should not send confidential information through feedback channels unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

12. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, security, and reliability.

We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from harmful components.

13. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or system availability arising from or related to:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Site.
  • Your reliance on any listing, tag, topic, description, metadata, or link.
  • Your use, installation, execution, or modification of any third-party resource.
  • Security incidents, data loss, system damage, or business interruption related to third-party resources.
  • Errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information on the Site.
  • Removal, modification, or unavailability of any listing or resource.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for intent, gross negligence, death, or personal injury where applicable law prohibits such exclusion.

14. Changes to the Site

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time without notice.

We may also update, remove, rename, reorder, or reclassify listings, tags, publishers, repositories, or topics at our discretion.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of the Site after the updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

16. Termination or restriction of access

We may restrict, suspend, or block access to the Site if we believe it is necessary to:

  • Protect the Site or other users.
  • Prevent abuse, scraping, attacks, or unlawful activity.
  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Enforce these Terms.

17. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise.

Any disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Netherlands, unless applicable law requires a different forum.

18. General provisions

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and YourAI.tools regarding the Site. If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
