Walk the user through first-time setup of the agentic-analytics plugin. Use when the user asks how to get started, how to set up the plugin, where to put their credentials, what the plugin can do for them, or any variant of "first run" / "onboarding" / "walk me through this."

To onboard the user, invoke /agentic-analytics:init with no arguments. The slash command holds the full first-run flow (welcome, DPL credential setup, connectivity check, available skills, first thing to try). This skill exists so plain-language requests route to the same code path without the user needing to remember the slash command name.
