订立、履行合同所必需；\n- 履行法定职责或法定义务所必需；\n- 应对突发公共卫生事件，或紧急情况下保护自然人生命健康和财产安全所必需；\n- 公共利益新闻报道等在合理范围内处理；\n- 依法公开信息的合理处理；\n- 法律、行政法规规定的其他情形。\n\n核对要点：\n\n- **「同意」只是七种基础之一**；逐项说明所选基础及理由，不得全表默认\n  勾选「同意」。\n-
